What specific evidence is provided? Does the evidence presented prove their objectivity on the subject or does it seem subjective?

Evidence can be selected, ignored and manipulated to appear supportive of a claim. What we are looking for is objective evidence that is difficult for any rational personal to reject and directly supports a claim.

News Media Example:

Supporting evidence can be critical of others ideas of course. What we are looking for is evidence that directly supports a claim along with an explanation of why the evidence is relevant and where we can find it for ourselves.

Why the 4Q?

The 4Q identifies personal bias, promotes objectivity, develops comparisons and accounts for costs.
